Edit / Expire / Repost ads anytime

JobAdder allows you to easily edit your job ads at any time. Simply click edit and change any part of the ad including job title, bullet points, job description content, job boards, job classifications, application email address and so on.
Reposting an old job is as simple as going to your "Old Jobs" page, selecting the job and clicking "Repost". You can edit or update any part of the ad before you repost it.

Customisable Dashboard

Your home page is a fully customisable dashboard allowing you to set up your page how you want it. Add and remove widgets and then drag and drop them into place. JobAdder then remembers your preferences and will always display your home page the way you like it.

Cut and Paste

It works. Chances are high that your current system or other systems you are looking at do not handle cutting and pasting very well. JobAdder has spent 4 years perfecting cutting and pasting from Word and from other text editors so that you do not have to waste time reformatting job ads before posting them.

Templates

JobAdder has developed a revolutionary new template system that allows you to save commonly used ads and re use them over and over. This can be a complete ad including job description, job boards and all the classifications and locations, or it could be as simple as a skeleton of a job description with opening / closing paragraphs and section headings. Old jobs are stored forever

JobAdder does not delete archived job ads. When a job ad expires it simply moves to the "Old Jobs" folder where you can view, edit, and re post it anytime.
You can even look back through old ads and see exactly who applied and what job board they applied from.

Manage job board quotas

JobAdder offers the most powerful, reliable job board quota management system on the market. You can set and manage monthly job posting quotas by job board, by group (or team), or by individual user. Quotas can be adjusted by authorised administrators at any time throughout the month. Users can see their quotas on their home page dashboard and JobAdder reminds them of their monthly usage every time they post a new job ad.

Store and view job applicants online

JobAdder offers the optional ability to capture and store all job applications in your online JobAdder account. This means you can view your applications in one secure, easy to access location.

ATS Integration

JobAdder can push your job applications automatically into your recruitment system or ATS. JobAdder is already integrated to a number of leading ATS solutions and we do not charge to integrate with a new ATS if you use one we have not worked with before.
