Project Manager / Co-ordinator (call it whatever you like) - Recruitment Systems

What we need
We are currently experiencing significant growth in the take up of our new Recruitment Management System and need at least one additional Project Manager / Co-ordinator / Account Manager to co-ordinate and manage multiple RMS implementations. The reason the role title is vague is because this is an emerging role that doesn't really fit under any traditional job titles. None of our roles do. Here is roughly what the role involves today;
Being introduced to the client at or near the end of the sales cycle
Taking over post-sale and running implementation planning workshop(s) with the client
Co-ordinating and managing the implementation with client and appropriate JobAdder people
Specific areas that need managing include account setup, job board setups, client web site integrations, data migration, training, go live.
Typically quite compact timelines and multiple overlapping jobs. For example average project length 2-3 weeks and 5 - 10 projects on the go at all times.
The role will also include project managing small recruitment web site development projects (We develop 1-2 new client web sites per month)
A bit about you
This is not a technical role. You will be liasing with and co-ordinating technical and non technical people but you do not need to be technical yourself
You need to be super organised and an effective communicator (clear, concise, ordered, empathetic, in control at all times)
You are looking for a role that is never the same from one day to the next

Will suit an easy going, outgoing, self motivated person.
No micro managing here – show, point, gently push, support is the preferred management style.

The role will definitely grow as we do and may in time involve management of a small team.
Will suit an up and coming Consultant / BA / Project Co-ordinator (or anyone along those lines) looking for your next career move.
We are not hung up on current job titles
. Your resume is highly unlikely to say "Project Manager" anywhere, but you will know that you can do the role as described standing on your head and you will be excited by the challenge of a fast paced work environment.
