Job Applications

Job applications from external job boards, social networks and your own website appear automatically in your RMS account against the correct Job. There is absolutely no re keying of data or manual intervention required. This feature alone saves most recruiting teams a huge amount of time and dramatically reduces the chance of lost applications or incorrect data entry.

High speed processing of ad response

JobAdder's unique one page approach to job application processing means you can review applications, read a candidates CV, send emails or SMS, add notes and change status within seconds. Placements

When you successfully place or hire someone simply click on “Placement” to close the job, expire job ads and finalise the placement details. 
Placements are easily accessible at any time and for recruitment agencies they can also be exported to accounting systems such as MYOB.

Email Integration

JobAdder includes a powerful email tool that allows you to create an unlimited number of pre configured email templates for more efficient email sending. Templates can be created across the whole company or on a person by person basis.

Online Timesheets

Resume Parsing

JobAdder employs world leading resume parsing technology that reads and interprets resumes as they are added to the candidate database, whether added manually or as job applications. Candidate records are then automatically created or updated with information from the resume such as name, emails, address, job title, current employer and more.

Advanced Searching

One of JobAdder's core strengths is the comprehensive search capabilities. Users can run quick searches on things like name, email, job title, location, keywords in resumes, or they can run advanced searches on any field or combination of fields on the candidate, company or contact record.

Custom Fields
