The 12-person Talent Team at Dentsu Aegis Network ANZ use JobAdder to recruit for more than 400 role types ranging from Graduate and entry level, through to Senior Executive.
In order to manage recruitment on such a large scale, the network’s 25 unique brands are strategically divided amongst the team.
ANZ Talent Acquisition Manager Shai Roitman explains, “JobAdder is an intuitive tool with a lot of functionality and it’s simple to use.
“We have one dedicated team that looks after Grad roles, while the rest of the team specialise in different brands across our portfolio, such as media agencies, PR agencies or digital agencies,” he said.
Although the team focus on different areas on an individual basis, collectively it needs to be able to work from one simple, centralised system, which JobAdder allows them to do.
Shai shared that the overall usability of the platform is one of the things that originally attracted Dentsu Aegis Network to JobAdder. Of the dashboard, Shai said, “It does everything it needs to do. It’s simple to use and understand, and it’s something that is continually evolving and getting better.”
Having had trouble with a previous ATS system in the past, Dentsu Aegis Network was sold on JobAdder’s automation and broad job posting functionality. The team now rely heavily on the JobAdder platform for submitting candidates to hiring managers for review, creating candidate profiles from social media using PeopleAdder, reporting, and core job-posting functionality.
Of making the switch to JobAdder, Shai said, “It was a cost-saving move for our business.”
