As a rapidly expanding start-up company, the HealthEngine team is tech-savvy and heavily reliant on nimble technology to stay competitive. Project specialist Annie Winfield explains that “we were looking for a platform that could not only seamlessly integrate with our Careers website, but also post to various job boards, easily accept and track candidates, and be flexible enough to meet the changing requirements of a tech start-up.”
For HealthEngine, JobAdder ticked all of these boxes.
There are four members of HealthEngine’s People and Culture team that currently use JobAdder to source talent, including their Head of Sourcing and Recruitment and HR Administrator. The team recruit predominantly for permanent full-time roles, such as developers, software engineers and sales consultants.
HealthEngine has integrated JobAdder’s XML job feed with their company website, enabling them to post job ads to their own Careers Page in a style that suits and distinguishes their company. This is important given the high level of demand in the employment marketplace for the technical roles HealthEngine are recruiting for. On the process of creating their own branded job feed, Annie shared that, “setting up a job feed to our careers website was quick and easy.”
The ability for HealthEngine’s People and Culture team to post job ads to multiple job boards simultaneously, and manage all adverts from one central login has removed a great deal of manual work and double-handling for the team.
As a result of streamlining their activities through JobAdder, HealthEngine estimate that on average they have saved 30% of time during the recruitment process.
