What are Consultants?
Consultants are self-employed independent professional experts who are paid (on contract) to evaluate a client’s needs and provide advice on what to do, what systems to use and processes to utilize to help achieve organisation goals. For the independent contractor, the company does not withhold taxes. Employment and labor laws also do not apply to independent contractors.
