What is a Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scale (BARS)?
Behaviourally Anchored Rating Scale (BARS) is a method of evaluating employees’ performance and specific behavioral patterns. BARS are are anchored to numerical ratings and designed to bring the benefits of both qualitative and quantitative data to the employee appraisal process.
