What is Mobile Recruiting?
Mobile recruiting is a means for recruiters to attract, engage and convert candidates via mobile. This can encompass mobile career sites and apps, texting as a form of communication and social recruiting via popular platforms including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. With mobile being the dominant form of communication over desktop and text messages being opened at greater levels over email, recruiters cite this method as a prime opportunity. The process of attracting candidates with mobile recruitment can also refer to the use of cloud technology such as JobAdder’s platform with an app for recruiters to manage the end-to-end hiring process on the go.
