JobAdder was amazing with its career update function. We’ve started using that and it’s becoming really effective. It’s allowing us to have what I’d call an automated database, as opposed to having staff ring up candidates all day long. We can send out emails to 2,000 candidates today, asking them to update their details.
I think the integrations are really problem solving at scale. You can do so much more with less effort and less people. It’s really allowed us to raise the transparency for all parties in the hiring process.
Everything we’ve ever wanted or thought we needed has always been there or is coming soon. We’ve never really had an opportunity to think, oh gosh I wish it did this.
