The Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison with the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Act as liaison between clients and internal teams<\/li><li>Collect and manage all project details<\/li><li>Monitor and report project progress<\/li><li>Conduct analytic assessments of work plans, status reports, and identify strengths and weaknesses<\/li><li>Improve design and performance through contact with the client and quality testing<\/li><li>Create and deliver presentations on the progress of goals and plans, including status reports<\/li><li>Provide leadership in troubleshooting problems and resolving customer complaints<\/li><li>Drive program issues through to resolution<\/li><li>Perform resource planning for personnel, capital resources, software, and hardware needed to complete the project<\/li><li>Manage change control procedures<\/li><li>Take full accountability for progress and set-backs<\/li><li>Keep team members motivated to maintain on-time, on-budget, and exceptional work<\/li><li>Present ideas to internal teams and clients<\/li><li>Conceive and estimate solutions for customers<\/li><li>Improve design and performance through contact with the client and quality testing<\/li><li>Identify potential issues and ensure timely decisions are made<\/li><li>Ensure proper documentation and record keeping<\/li><li>Manage and oversee all aspects of a project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget<\/li><li>Other duties as necessary<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools<\/li><li>Ability to interpret business objectives and successfully align projects with those objectives<\/li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication<\/li><li>Strong decision-making skills<\/li><li>Commitment to quality<\/li><li>Experience coordinating subcontractors<\/li><li>Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.<\/li><li>Substantial time management, prioritisation and organisational skills<\/li><li>Detail oriented, dependable, and reliable<\/li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li><li>Able to deliver and accept constructive criticism<\/li><li>Expert relationship management, stakeholder management, and business acumen skills<\/li><li>Self-directed and highly motivated<\/li><li>Adept at juggling multiple complex projects with little or no daily supervision<\/li><li>Agile at moving from one environment to another quickly<\/li><li>Team player with proven ability to manage teams and have demonstrated leadership skills<\/li><li>Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In this role you\u2019ll develop project scopes and coordinate internal and external resources to execute on those projects.
