The Finance Manager must be reliable and able to carry out tasks autonomously and collaboratively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.<\/li><li>Oversee the collection, organisation, tracking and reporting of all income and expenses<\/li><li>Perform all month-end closing activities<\/li><li>Generate accurate financial statements and reports in a timely manner<\/li><li>Attend meetings with senior management<\/li><li>Hire, train, manage and motivate finance staff<\/li><li>Maintain related accounting documents and records<\/li><li>Streamline processes to make the department operate more efficiently and effectively<\/li><li>Work with internal and external auditors<\/li><li>Other duties as necessary<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Strong working knowledge of Excel for analysis and reporting.<\/li><li>Experience in managing administrative staff<\/li><li>Communicate with Executives and quickly identify and overcome potential program challenges.<\/li><li>Present and communicate to all levels of the business.<\/li><li>Be familiar with IFRS<\/li><li>Six or more years of relevant experience.<\/li><li>Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis.<\/li><li>A Master\u2019s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or Economics.<\/li><li>Professional certification such as a CPA<\/li><li>Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, stakeholder alignment.<\/li><li>Extensive organisational and time management skills.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This role is best suited for an experienced Finance Manager who possesses excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
