The Business Manager will be a competent leader who will be able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which includes the company\u2019s vision and culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Develop business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity<\/li><li>Ensure that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities<\/li><li>Respond to all Corporate requests, audit requests and budget preparation<\/li><li>Responsible for protection against property losses and potential liabilities<\/li><li>Maintain all files related to leases and contracts for the market<\/li><li>Communicate issues and concerns to the corporate HR\/Legal department<\/li><li>Oversee and manage negotiations with vendors<\/li><li>Coordinate all aspects of the weekly forecasts, monthly operational reviews, and annual budgets for the businesses under scope<\/li><li>Provide expertise to leadership as well as assist with long term planning<\/li><li>Coordinate space use and facilities planning<\/li><li>Work closely with the Corporate Finance and Accounting teams to ensure accuracy of financial information and understanding of underlying drivers<\/li><li>Preparation of financial, management, and operational reports<\/li><li>Other duties as assigned<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Strong computer skills and working knowledge of business systems such<\/li><li>Ability to multi-task, handle pressure and deadlines<\/li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li><li>Familiar the basics of accounting<\/li><li>Knowledge of standard office equipment<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in business related field<\/li><li>Four years of increasingly responsible management and administrative responsibility<\/li><li>At least two years of supervisory experience<\/li><li>Ability to analyse and interpret financial data<\/li><li>Ability to organise complex information and provide specialized advice<\/li><li>Deep knowledge of financial, operational, and administrative policies and procedures<\/li><li>Demonstrated understanding of the importance of internal controls and their consistent implementation<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In this role, you will be a competent leader with strong communication and computer skills.
