The JobAdder National Online Recruitment Awards (NORAs) 2022<\/a> are open for public nominations<\/a> from Monday 1st August. As ever, the NORAs are ask the general job-seeking public to nominate recruitment websites of all kinds for consideration by our exceptional judging panel, from job boards, to recruitment firms, publications, and of course employers themselves. Each year, the awards receive over 20,000 nominations from the public, for around 600 separate recruitment websites and services.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

This year’s judging panel all have amazing expertise in HR, traditional recruitment, and hiring technologies. They will be asked to assess all contenders from the perspective of the jobseeker. Throughout the past 22 years, The NORAs have charted the history of online recruitment, and they now have almost 500 organisations who have been finalists and winners in this time. These companies are all members of the NORA Academy, and get to vote for the flagship prize, the NORA Academy Award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, this year’s NORAs are introducing a new award for Best Recruitment Technology, in order to recognise the achievements of tech which makes huge improvements to the candidate experience, but is usually invisible to jobseekers themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main purpose of the National Online Recruitment Awards is to shine a spotlight on those deliver excellence in online recruitment, for the benefit of candidates and employers alike. Like the NORAs, JobAdder shares a commitment to continually improving the experience for everyone searching for a career move, and hiring effectiveness for employers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
