If your salary average is more than their previous role, they may see you as their next employer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perks are also incredibly important to mention. Keep it short and sweet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As there\u2019s so much information to include, you want to make your job ad as digestible as possible to avoid overwhelming potential applicants.
