What is a Learning Management System?

A Learning Management System, or LMS, is a system put in place to support the delivery of learning and educational software to users.

Not only do Learning Management Systems allow a company to transfer learning material to employees, LMS software has interactive functionality that prompts users to input information they learn as they learn it, creating a more personalized and effective learning environment.
