What is a Compensation Package?
A compensation package is the combination of salary and fringe benefits an employer provides to an employee in exchange for work. In addition to base salary and health benefits, a compensation package can also include on-site amenities, gym memberships, stock options, vacation, leaves, retirement, flexibility and other employee perks.
