What is a Job Board?
A job board is an online source for agency and in-house recruiters to post job adverts to fill vacancies. It is also the place where job-seekers can go to search for available jobs and apply for roles. The majority of job boards require payment but there are plenty of free job boards worth exploring. Some well-known job boards include LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed , SEEK, Jora, Careerone, Total Jobs, Reed and Monster.
