What is the Gender Pay Gap?
The Gender Pay Gap, or Gender Wage Gap, is the difference between the amounts of money paid to women and men, often for doing the same work. Studies have been conducted on the Gender Pay Gap worldwide and have determined women are generally paid less than men.
