Who are Baby boomers?
Baby boomers are the generation of people who were born following World War II, between 1946 and 1964. In the workplace, Baby Boomers are typically characterized as hardworking, goal-centric, mentally focused and discplined. There are 75 million Baby Boomers retired or nearing their retirement, causing a very large gap in talent for employers worldwide.
