Can you outline the options for training?
JobAdder is committed to providing training to all new users that is simple, effective and tailored to your organisation’s needs. We take a six-pronged approach to training.
This approach allows for individual choice and autonomy for each user to learn both using their preferred method and at their own pace. All of our training is designed to help you:
- Simplify your recruitment process
- Drive down costs
- Reduce administration times
Our training managers work closely with our support, development and sales teams to ensure our training addresses your needs. Where functionality requests arise during our training sessions, our training managers communicate the request to our product development team to make it happen.
We provide just in time training to guide our users on how to accomplish a specific task in JobAdder when they need it. Users search a help menu within JobAdder that contains 250+ interactive step-by-step guides that will walk the user through completing the specific task. Some support articles and videos are also available within the help menu as resources for users.
We currently offer 20 online training courses that are built into JobAdder, enabling users to learn as they work. Courses consist of interactive guides, articles, and videos, and are available based on account type and role. Courses range from guiding new clients as they test data that was migrated from their previous platform and setting up their account, to managing a recruitment workflow, searching their database and reporting.
We provide 150+ articles consisting of overviews, images and videos, step-by-step instructions and in many cases links to the interactive guides mentioned above. The focus of the articles is to dive a bit deeper into the value of features and actions in addition to the ‘how to’ information.
Our video library contains about 200 videos ranging from how-to’s on specific features to product overviews and integrations. In many cases, these are also embedded within our support articles.
Face to face training
All our trainers are JobAdder experts and bring a mix of agency and corporate experience. Our trainers provide training through the following mediums:
- Face to face in our Sydney CBD office or in Melbourne
- Via Webinar from our offices to your offices, no matter where
- At your offices and anywhere around the globe (additional fees apply)
