We support multinational organisations and recruitment companies with operations in over 40 countries. For example, we support a large multinational client, with offices in 20 countries. Their head office is in Asia with other main offices and a training centre in Europe. Through our global approach and reach, we seamlessly onboarded the client and sent our team to Europe to provide training.

Where multiple support requests are received in relation to the same issue, our response and subsequent support updates are grouped and will be provided to all relevant global internal stakeholders. This ensures awareness across your organisation, regardless of geographic location.
