From humble beginnings
In 2001, Brett Iredale started a recruitment agency from the spare room in his North Sydney apartment. In 2004, with 13 staff to manage, the company went looking for a technology solution to better manage the growing recruitment business. It quickly became apparent that there were no easy-to-use, web based solutions available to recruiters; and so JobAdder was conceived.
In 2007, JobAdder was launched commercially and has grown to become one of the world’s leading recruitment software solutions and a key contributor to HR tech innovation.
