Activities: Status and Field Type updates

Admins can now define if users can select only open, only closed, or all available statuses when completing an Activity and if a status selection is mandatory. In addition, two new Field Types have been introduced for greater customisability: ‘Rating Scale’ and ‘Date/Time’.
