The following terms apply if you are purchasing ROI-AI’s service from JobAdder:

• The following terms apply if you are purchasing ROI-AI’s service from JobAdder:(a) In addition to purchasing the JobAdder service, Customer is also purchasing a subscription for ROI-AI’s services as set out in this Order Form. JobAdder is entering into an agreement with you on behalf of ROI AI Limited, business registration number NZBN 9429047840942, with respect to those ROI-AI services. By executing this Order Form, you acknowledge that you are entering into an agreement with ROI AI Limited with respect to the ROI-AI services specified in this Order Form and you agree to be bound by ROI AI Limited’s terms of use,  https://roi-ai.com/terms-of-use/, and privacy policy https://roi-ai.com/privacy-policy/. You acknowledge and agree that JobAdder has no liability to you in respect of ROI-AI’s services.
• (b) When purchasing a ROI-AI subscription, the minimum purchase is an “Office Licence”. You must purchase a ROI-AI licence for each user on your JobAdder account. You will need to purchase additional individual licences If you have more than 5 users on your JobAdder account (as this exceeds the number of users covered by the Office Licence). You will automatically be charged for additional individual ROI licences if you add users to your JobAdder account during the subscription term, beyond the 5 users covered by the Office Licence. You will be charged for the entirety of the month in which the user was added.
