I think that the reason that we were really impressed was that it was just a very simple look and feel and was aesthetically pleasing. The mobile app is very useful and easy to use and we’ve been part of the feedback forum for the app which we’ve appreciated.
It’s the constant redevelopment and new initiatives that are coming out that means we haven’t even broached looking anywhere else. It’s fast, quick and enables [the team] to deliver a level of experience back to the marketplace.
Support has been just fantastic in terms of responding so quickly, the online chat is great.
