Support has been just fantastic in terms of responding so quickly, the online chat is great.
A client could ring us on a Sunday night needing people the next day. We can go into JobAdder, bulk text candidates and see responses coming back immediately. We can then say to the client, ‘done and dusted.’ It helps us to actually win business because we have a speed of response to market.
Support is absolutely impeccable. I’ve had responses sometimes on weekends where I wouldn’t expect a response because it’s not a priority, but someone’s picked up my ticket and delivered the answer.
There are big time savings from our perspective and that’s been all the way through. It’s also about that sense of professionalism that candidates get with JobAdder, the level of communication they get, it’s so important.
The guys love using JobAdder, and when the guys love using JobAdder they take to it and the complexity of day-to-day procedural things is dramatically different to the way that people feel about having to do a chore. They like using JobAdder and we all use it wherever we are with the mobile app or our laptops.
At the end of the day, JobAdder just seemed much cleaner and easier to use and had much more functionality so it was a pretty easy decision. We’re not having to go to JobAdder and request changes. We can get in there and do it ourselves. Having a system [like JobAdder] certainly helps us to [grow] without having to add additional resources into the team.
I think that the reason that we were really impressed was that it was just a very simple look and feel and was aesthetically pleasing. We could tell right away that it was powerful, but just the aesthetic was clean and again simple. You guys weren’t overthinking everything. We’ve really been pleased. It’s been, overall, just a really great product for us, a great system and we are glad that’s the way we went many moons ago.
I think the integrations are really problem solving at scale. You can do so much more with less effort and less people. It’s really allowed us to raise the transparency for all parties in the hiring process.
