What we do now with new partners is we try and actively push JobAdder every time. We’ve had [three other systems] and each one has had issues. Whereas with JobAdder, we’ve never had anybody complain about it. That’s music to our ears.
We are very much moving into a data-driven society. I think JobAdder does a great job at capturing that data. I think that Analytics is an awesome tool to add another layer of analysis on top of that data. This is really beneficial for me as a business owner, to understand some of the opportunities and some of the bottlenecks we’re facing as a business and for individuals in the business, so that we can direct our efforts to the right things
JobAdder came out on top in all the key areas, from the cost of integration and setup to training for staff and then functionality and utility. I think the beauty of JobAdder is it runs in an agile, modern software environment that gives you regular updates to features that matter to users. It doesn’t matter how big or small you are, it scales with you and your business, which is perfect.
I think that the reason that we were really impressed was that it was just a very simple look and feel and was aesthetically pleasing. We could tell right away that it was powerful, but just the aesthetic was clean and again simple. You guys weren’t overthinking everything. We’ve really been pleased. It’s been, overall, just a really great product for us, a great system and we are glad that’s the way we went many moons ago.
