I think without the training you’d be able to fumble your way through the system because it’s pretty straightforward. But I’d be concerned about the follow-on effects, of not knowing what will happen if you do something [in the system] so it’s definitely been beneficial.
I appreciate that candidates and contacts can be added with the Chrome extension. It has helped streamline the process and makes me more efficient with my time while prospecting and researching.
A number of things stood out for me…ease of deployment and set-up is one of those things as well as the month-by-month rolling contracts which is absolutely crucial.
