The Pin integration with JobAdder enables seamless, automated syncing of candidate information so your sourcing and recruiting workflows stay organized. As you source with Pin, you can choose exactly when candidates sync into JobAdder—when their contact information is found, when they receive their first outreach, when they reply, or only when they reply and express interest. This gives you full control over how and when new candidates enter your ATS.

Pin syncs key candidate details directly into JobAdder, including name, email, phone, location (city, state, country), recent company and title, resume, and profile photo. This ensures every new profile in JobAdder is complete and ready for your team to take action.

JobAdder also indicates when a candidate originated from Pin, helping you track sourcing performance and maintain visibility into where your pipeline is coming from.

To prevent duplicate records, Pin automatically checks for existing JobAdder profiles by matching email addresses or LinkedIn URLs before creating a new entry. This keeps your database clean, organized, and easy to manage as you scale your sourcing efforts.
