I think the integrations are really problem solving at scale. You can do so much more with less effort and less people. It’s really allowed us to raise the transparency for all parties in the hiring process.

JobAdder’s versatility [works well with] our remote working model, particularly with people with disability or impairment, it just makes life really, really easy not just within the team but also with our customers.
From a customer service point of view, support is amazing, because it is what recruiters need, and that is such a big help.
At the end of the day, JobAdder just seemed much cleaner and easier to use and had much more functionality so it was a pretty easy decision. We’re not having to go to JobAdder and request changes. We can get in there and do it ourselves. Having a system [like JobAdder] certainly helps us to [grow] without having to add additional resources into the team.

It’s been great to provide visibility of the recruitment activity to hiring managers and be a single location for their recruitment needs. Previously, sharing applications involved zipping up CVs and sending them via email, which led to them getting lost fairly easily.
