Being able to store all of our candidates in a systematic way has been the biggest benefit for us… Overall just the general functions it enables you to do are great – from reporting to using the search functions, to accessing people quickly – it’s all available at the click of a finger. JobAdder was amazing with its career update function. We’ve started using that and it’s becoming really effective. It’s allowing us to have what I’d call an automated database, as opposed to having staff ring up candidates all day long. We can send out emails to 2,000 candidates today, asking them to update their details.

I think the beauty of JobAdder is it runs in an agile, modern software environment that gives you regular updates to features that matter to users. The support is awesome. It’s the best support I’ve had in any of my service providers across any of the businesses I’ve worked in. It’s outstanding.
It’s definitely something that is easy to get into and it’s easy to manage people that haven’t had a lot of training as well. Our hiring managers love the Hiring Manager portal…they don’t need to recreate the wheel.
Over the past 10 years, we’ve grown as a business and JobAdder has also grown quite significantly. The product offerings and tools which have been introduced and developed have really allowed us to scale as well. It’s opened up new possibilities and new ways of working for us.
