What we do now with new partners is we try and actively push JobAdder every time. We’ve had [three other systems] and each one has had issues. Whereas with JobAdder, we’ve never had anybody complain about it. That’s music to our ears.
Everything we’ve ever wanted or thought we needed has always been there or is coming soon. We’ve never really had an opportunity to think, oh gosh I wish it did this.
You can really see how far ahead in the process managers are – it gives me a bird’s eye view of the recruitment process and where we are falling down. I also really love that you can set up email templates, where I can bulk email [and] insert fields so it looks more personalised. It just allows me to do things quicker than if I was doing a manual process. It’s quite intuitive.
The Hiring Manager tool has allowed us to further automate and reduce the amount of admin in our process. Our business is very “fast-moving”, and I believe that JobAdder aligns to that. We get the quick response time out of JobAdder, which is what we need to successfully perform in our roles.

I think the beauty of JobAdder is it runs in an agile, modern software environment that gives you regular updates to features that matter to users. I definitely use Hiring Manager, as I don’t have time to be managing candidates for my colleagues. It’s really powerful. It’s actually saving us time because we’ve got greater visibility of where we’re at with each process – it also gives us a bit of visibility to know where our high priority areas are.
It’s a terrific app. Best I’ve ever used… The desktop is exceptional as well, I’ve been using more than four ATS systems in seven years and JobAdder is the best we’ve ever used.
I would say we’re 2-3 times quicker getting to market now then we have been previously, our ad posting is saving us a huge amount of time. We’re getting back 200 minutes a month. JobAdder provides efficiency around back-end administration, with good responsive support and is very progressive in regards to enhancements. I have no problems recommending JobAdder because overall, it’s a system that’s really hard to beat.
