A number of things stood out for me…ease of deployment and set-up is one of those things as well as the month-by-month rolling contracts which is absolutely crucial. So we’re building everything from scratch and working with JobAdder has been great, because it means that I can build a best-of-breed stack.
We needed a track record of stability and security. We needed to be able to deliver a credible solution that would provide assurance to the client. Hand on heart, we needed to be able to advise the client that our solution, our tools, could handle [high] volumes in a secure manner.
I think that the reason that we were really impressed was that it was just a very simple look and feel and was aesthetically pleasing. We could tell right away that it was powerful, but just the aesthetic was clean and again simple. You guys weren’t overthinking everything. We’ve really been pleased. It’s been, overall, just a really great product for us, a great system and we are glad that’s the way we went many moons ago.
The mobile app is fantastic. It’s so user friendly and the way that people can swipe left or right on certain aspects of the platform makes it fun to interact with as well.
What we do now with new partners is we try and actively push JobAdder every time. We’ve had [three other systems] and each one has had issues. Whereas with JobAdder, we’ve never had anybody complain about it. That’s music to our ears.
Being able to store all of our candidates in a systematic way has been the biggest benefit for us… Overall just the general functions it enables you to do are great – from reporting to using the search functions, to accessing people quickly – it’s all available at the click of a finger. [JobAdder] is a one-stop shop. I find it’s opened up communication with the hiring managers.
The system is intuitive so when it comes to training new users, it has always been a very easy process. New users to JobAdder have always been able to easily navigate the system.
