Melissa Agnew entered the recruitment industry in 2000, accumulating extensive experience before embarking on a new venture in April 2010.

By December 2022, she had established Temp and Agnew, a recruitment agency headquartered in Sydney, Australia. Specializing in temporary, contract, and permanent placements across the nation, the agency focuses on key sectors such as Financial Services and Business Support. With a strong passion for business development, Melissa demonstrates a consistent enthusiasm for daily cold calling.

Recently appointed to the executive team of Alexander Appointments, Shaun Coulton spearheads their national expansion as the head of client engagement and growth.

Shaun comes with a strong background of over 18 years in the workforce capability and recruitment leadership domain, having led teams for some very high-profile organisations, steering organisational growth via people strategy, attraction, and development. 

An ex-Olympic rower, Shaun’s enthusiasm and energy is infectious, and he’s excited for what the future holds within the highly competitive recruitment space.

An experienced Sales Professional with a passion for people, data, and tech, Matt has worked in sales for more than 20 years with 10 of those selling into the recruitment space.

In that time Matt has worked with amazing people and companies, Manpower, Adecco, Michael Page and so many more. Matt has been involved with the growth and sale of multiple businesses and taken a number of new technologies to market. Matt now works with the team at JobAdder, heading up sales for EMEA and North America.
