You can really see how far ahead in the process managers are – it gives me a bird’s eye view of the recruitment process and where we are falling down. As our CEO said, ‘it’s a no-brainer.’ It was really quite obvious when we took a score-card approach that JobAdder was the way to go… For me, JobAdder is like the Apple of ATSs. Once someone uses Apple, they never go to Samsung.
Over the past 10 years, we’ve grown as a business and JobAdder has also grown quite significantly. The product offerings and tools which have been introduced and developed have really allowed us to scale as well. It’s opened up new possibilities and new ways of working for us.
So the best thing for us about JobAdder is the fact that it provides a central location where we can store information, we can share information, we can communicate via it, so whoever is working on a specific role or project at a certain time can always access all of the information they need, so there’s never a black spot in our communication or our productivity based on which team member is working at a specific time.
At the end of the day, JobAdder just seemed much cleaner and easier to use and had much more functionality so it was a pretty easy decision. We’re not having to go to JobAdder and request changes. We can get in there and do it ourselves. Having a system [like JobAdder] certainly helps us to [grow] without having to add additional resources into the team.
There’s no way we would have been able to manage the volume of hiring requests without having a system like JobAdder in place. It’s a solution that enables us to get it done and support the business during the recent uplift in the cycle.
If JobAdder were a restaurant I think that the service we got was absolutely exemplary right from the initial outset and the way that we were sat at the table and then the dish that we got served was exemplary.
