It’s definitely something that is easy to get into and it’s easy to manage people that haven’t had a lot of training as well. Our hiring managers love the Hiring Manager portal…they don’t need to recreate the wheel.
At the end of the day, JobAdder just seemed much cleaner and easier to use and had much more functionality so it was a pretty easy decision. We’re not having to go to JobAdder and request changes. We can get in there and do it ourselves. Having a system [like JobAdder] certainly helps us to [grow] without having to add additional resources into the team.
JobAdder is a big part of that as it’s about making the business highly profitable and as strong as possible. It’s about creating the ultimate recruiting environment and all the tools that JobAdder’s got can add massive value.
