As a customer, despite JobAdder’s growth over the last 11 years, in terms of both size and customer base, one thing that remains true is that we feel like we’re listened to. The mobile app is one thing our recruiters love because a lot of them can be working remotely. So they might go to a meeting and a candidate interview, then go back to another meeting and use the speech-to-text functionality.
You can really see how far ahead in the process managers are – it gives me a bird’s eye view of the recruitment process and where we are falling down. I also really love that you can set up email templates, where I can bulk email [and] insert fields so it looks more personalised. It just allows me to do things quicker than if I was doing a manual process. It’s quite intuitive.
It’s highly user-friendly. Anyone can pick it up, and if you don’t, there’s a video for something that you’re not sure of. It’s pretty intuitive.
Since the teams have been using the new CRM the feedback has been that it’s made managing the recruitment process more efficient, providing more time for them to spend on the part of the job they’re passionate about, with their candidates and clients.
