We now have a really solid core ATS. You can really see how far ahead in the process managers are – it gives me a bird’s eye view of the recruitment process and where we are falling down. I also really love that you can set up email templates, where I can bulk email [and] insert fields so it looks more personalised. It just allows me to do things quicker than if I was doing a manual process. It’s quite intuitive.
In comparison to our prior system, we now have the ability to build reports and to be able to report upon things that are relevant to our business again.
If JobAdder were a restaurant I think that the service we got was absolutely exemplary right from the initial outset and the way that we were sat at the table and then the dish that we got served was exemplary.
I get rave reviews about the product from the team and when they’re going out of their way to say ‘hey we finally found it’… It says everything. They’re happier and producing more and it just creates a win-win culture and a fabulous team. It’s easy to navigate your way through the JobAdder system… there is an intuitiveness to it that would lead you along the way even if you didn’t know what you were doing. There’s also a constant desire to improve the system… to create more features and benefits for those that want to participate in it.
The support we’ve received in terms of onboarding and follow-ups has been absolutely amazing, cannot praise enough the support staff! They are always there to help and create solutions that work for us, and I’m continuously impressed with the customer service levels provided (which can be rare in this industry!).
