We know that JobAdder will be the best recruitment tool for us – it doesn’t matter what country. It’s part of having the right people in place from the beginning to get to the goal in the end. So I feel like it’s a long-term relationship with JobAdder. JobAdder is a step above some of the recruitment platforms I’ve used. The JobAdder support team are always very responsive and helpful and always follow up. I’ve connected some of our hiring managers with the JobAdder support team and they’ve been great at working through tech issues and provided a positive experience for our broader team.
You can really see how far ahead in the process managers are – it gives me a bird’s eye view of the recruitment process and where we are falling down. I also really love that you can set up email templates, where I can bulk email [and] insert fields so it looks more personalised. It just allows me to do things quicker than if I was doing a manual process. It’s quite intuitive.
JobAdder was amazing with its career update function. We’ve started using that and it’s becoming really effective. It’s allowing us to have what I’d call an automated database, as opposed to having staff ring up candidates all day long. We can send out emails to 2,000 candidates today, asking them to update their details.
We looked at three recruitment database options and chose JobAdder. We were sold on their simplicity, job board integration and local support.
When you’ve got one source of truth, everything gets done through there. So from a time perspective, purely on admin alone, let alone usability, every single person has saved several hours a week by implementing JobAdder. It was a huge increase.
