It’s been great to provide visibility of the recruitment activity to hiring managers and be a single location for their recruitment needs. Previously, sharing applications involved zipping up CVs and sending them via email, which led to them getting lost fairly easily.
The support is awesome. It’s the best support I’ve had in any of my service providers across any of the businesses I’ve worked in. It’s outstanding.
The key for me is the partnering element between JobAdder Support and their clients; they are always there to solve a problem or listen to improvement suggestions. You would definitely not get this reactive response from the other providers.
I love how easy it is to use, everything just makes sense. With JobAdder, I can show new staff and team members the basics in half an hour, and they are quite competent using it right away. We’ve really sped up the process, it now takes one week to place.
We wouldn’t have been able to do what we did without it. Partnering with the right technology organisation that can be agile and help you is so important.
The implementation process was very slick. We had a timeline that was all spelled out for us, we could access that exactly the same way that the team at JobAdder could access it. So it’s very clear we knew what was happening and when. If there was any changes or additions we were told about them and updated on them. Implementing JobAdder has allowed us to bring much better consistency and clarity to the way that we do things.
The mobile app is fantastic. It’s so user friendly and the way that people can swipe left or right on certain aspects of the platform makes it fun to interact with as well.
As a customer, despite JobAdder’s growth over the last 11 years, in terms of both size and customer base, one thing that remains true is that we feel like we’re listened to. It’s hard when you’re working with a growing business to still have that sense of connectedness with that business, which I’m really pleased to say that we do with JobAdder.
I think that the reason that we were really impressed was that it was just a very simple look and feel and was aesthetically pleasing. We could tell right away that it was powerful, but just the aesthetic was clean and again simple. You guys weren’t overthinking everything. We’ve really been pleased. It’s been, overall, just a really great product for us, a great system and we are glad that’s the way we went many moons ago.
