It’s a terrific app. Best I’ve ever used… The desktop is exceptional as well, I’ve been using more than four ATS systems in seven years and JobAdder is the best we’ve ever used.
Being able to store all of our candidates in a systematic way has been the biggest benefit for us… Overall just the general functions it enables you to do are great – from reporting to using the search functions, to accessing people quickly – it’s all available at the click of a finger. [JobAdder] is a one-stop shop. I find it’s opened up communication with the hiring managers.
Being able to easily measure things like time to hire, cost of hiring and volume of activity has enabled us to make better decisions.
My favourite thing about JobAdder is the flexibility that it provides. We can completely customise the software to match exactly what we need and what works for our business.
We now have a really solid core ATS. It’s enabling our recruiters to spend more time with candidates and also lets us now focus on the applicant’s experience and, following into that, the employee experience. One major achievement would be our time to hire. That’s been smashed down to around 22-odd days so we’ve halved what the KPI was.
As a customer, despite JobAdder’s growth over the last 11 years, in terms of both size and customer base, one thing that remains true is that we feel like we’re listened to. It’s hard when you’re working with a growing business to still have that sense of connectedness with that business, which I’m really pleased to say that we do with JobAdder.
JobAdder tries to improve the recruitment experience for both agencies and candidates. There’s a strong focus on trying to do things efficiently. Our relationship is very much about helping us and partnering with us to get the best outcomes.
