It’s the constant redevelopment and new initiatives that are coming out that means we haven’t even broached looking anywhere else. It’s fast, quick and enables [the team] to deliver a level of experience back to the marketplace.
JobAdder is the most nimble and adaptable system we have used and having moved on to it from Bullhorn, our productivity has increased immensely. Data is easy to load, searching is much more agile and we are finding candidates we did not know we had.
Integrations like HelloSign have sped things up for us and made it more engaging and easier for our candidates. We’ve been able to eliminate a clunky step in the process for our candidates, especially because a lot of our candidates work in remote regional areas where printing and scanning facilities may not be available. It also helps save a few trees eliminating the need to have paper contracts.
I would say we’re 2-3 times quicker getting to market now then we have been previously, our ad posting is saving us a huge amount of time. We’re getting back 200 minutes a month. JobAdder provides efficiency around back-end administration, with good responsive support and is very progressive in regards to enhancements. I have no problems recommending JobAdder because overall, it’s a system that’s really hard to beat.
Since the teams have been using the new CRM the feedback has been that it’s made managing the recruitment process more efficient, providing more time for them to spend on the part of the job they’re passionate about, with their candidates and clients.
What we do now with new partners is we try and actively push JobAdder every time. We’ve had [three other systems] and each one has had issues. Whereas with JobAdder, we’ve never had anybody complain about it. That’s music to our ears.
It’s a terrific app. Best I’ve ever used… The desktop is exceptional as well, I’ve been using more than four ATS systems in seven years and JobAdder is the best we’ve ever used.
JobAdder has really changed the way that we work, as well as the access through Analytics that we’ve now got to manipulate and interrogate data as well.
The key for me is the partnering element between JobAdder Support and their clients; they are always there to solve a problem or listen to improvement suggestions. You would definitely not get this reactive response from the other providers.
