I love how easy it is to use, everything just makes sense. With JobAdder, I can show new staff and team members the basics in half an hour, and they are quite competent using it right away. We’ve really sped up the process, it now takes one week to place.
If JobAdder were a restaurant I think that the service we got was absolutely exemplary right from the initial outset and the way that we were sat at the table and then the dish that we got served was exemplary.
I originally started using JobAdder when it was a posting service. I’ve seen the evolution over the years, it’s user friendly, easy, simple, made for recruitment.
I think JobAdder has paid for itself. Previously we found we’d get all these applications and they would be mixed up with our other emails and we’d miss things. Now everything is under a specific job, we know who to contact and can do a bulk email to the recruiting manager to take a look at the candidates.
The implementation process was very slick. We had a timeline that was all spelled out for us, we could access that exactly the same way that the team at JobAdder could access it. So it’s very clear we knew what was happening and when. If there was any changes or additions we were told about them and updated on them. Implementing JobAdder has allowed us to bring much better consistency and clarity to the way that we do things.
We look at what jobs we have open, how long they take to fill and how much we’re saving. JobAdder Analytics saves us a ridiculous amount of time and is a brilliant system.
The support we’ve received in terms of onboarding and follow-ups has been absolutely amazing, cannot praise enough the support staff! They are always there to help and create solutions that work for us, and I’m continuously impressed with the customer service levels provided (which can be rare in this industry!).
What we do now with new partners is we try and actively push JobAdder every time. We’ve had [three other systems] and each one has had issues. Whereas with JobAdder, we’ve never had anybody complain about it. That’s music to our ears.
It’s been great to provide visibility of the recruitment activity to hiring managers and be a single location for their recruitment needs. Previously, sharing applications involved zipping up CVs and sending them via email, which led to them getting lost fairly easily.
