What is an Employee Value Proposition?
Employee Value Proposition, or EVP, refers to a suite of benefits and rewards that an organisation offers to their employees in return for making valuable contributions.
Examples of valuable employee contributions include lending skills, experience, knowledge and hard work to improve their company’s bottom line. Providing employees with EVPs is a way for companies to encourage positive behaviour and provide their employees with incentives to work hard and strive for success.
