As the majority of changes that need to be made to candidate resumes involve relatively minor amendments, JobAdder have built a feature that allows users to edit formatted resumes quickly and efficiently.
Instead of downloading and editing a resume, JobAdder users can now edit candidate resumes in realtime even if they are in PDF form. DocAdder is now a thing of the past.
Select the link from the Candidate Record. Simply open a candidate record and select ‘Update formatted resume’ and then ‘Edit with Google Docs’
The resume will be opened in a popup view pane and can be edited there within JobAdder
When the changes are complete, select ‘Save Changes’ and close the window to return to JobAdder
