JobAdder Customer Review and Referral Program

Terms of Participation

Effective from April 2024

By participating in JobAdder’s Customer Review and Referral Program, you agree to the following terms of participation:

1. For Review Program only

a. In order to be eligible for a review program voucher.

i. You must be a current JobAdder user at the time of posting the review;

ii. You must receive an email from JobAdder inviting you to participate in the Review Program Initiative (ie: you cannot participate if you were forwarded an email by someone else); and

iii. You must post a review to the relevant review platform identified by JobAdder in the email that was sent to you, within the date range specified on the email. Voucher will be issued for the dollar amount specified on the email.

b. Maximum one review, per user, per review platform(s), will be eligible for a voucher.

2. For Referral Program

a. You must be a current JobAdder user at the time of referring in order to be eligible for a referral program voucher.

b. You must submit the referral via https://jobadder.com/refe-a-friend.

c. For prospect and referrer to be eligible for the voucher(s), at the time of referral, referred prospect’s current business or employer must:

i. Be a registered business and be seeking an ATS software;

ii. Have not completed a demo of JobAdder in the 6 months prior to the referral submission

iii. not be an existing JobAdder customer;

iv. not have been referred to JobAdder by anyone else within the same 4 week period;

v. not have been a customer of JobAdder within the 6 month period prior to the referral submission.

d. For vouchers to be issued, referred prospect must complete a demo within 4 weeks of your referral submission.

e. You warrant that you have consent to provide the referred prospect’s contact details to JobAdder and that the prospect consents to being contacted about JobAdder’s products.

f. A maximum of 10 vouchers will be issued to a JobAdder user in a calendar year.

3. For both programs

a. Vouchers will be issued at the end of the quarter in which you become eligible to receive them.

b. Voucher will be issued in the home currency of the referrer/reviewer, where the referrer/reviewer is based in AU, UK or USA. Referrers/reviewers from other countries will be issued a voucher in AUD.

c. JobAdder users who are employed by Government or quasi-Government departments are not permitted to participate in these programs.

d. JobAdder reserves the right to find ineligible any referrer or reviewer in the Customer Referral Program at its sole discretion.

e. JobAdder may modify, suspend or terminate the Customer Review and Referral Program at any time at its discretion.
