The JobAdder Agency Portal is a simple online portal that allows hiring companies and recruitment agencies to work together more effectively. Hiring companies post their job ads to their Agency Portal and select which agencies should submit candidates for the role.

Recruiters receive an email alert to review full job details

Once job ads are posted to the Agency Portal, all recruiters in the agencies you selected are notified of the new role. Recruiters will then log in to the Agency Portal to review the job ad and submit candidates.

Recruiters submit their best candidates to you all in one place

 Recruiter submissions from the Agency Portal will show up like any other job applications in JobAdder and are linked to the related job. The application source will be the recruitment agency that submitted the candidate.

Avoid any fee disputes

Submitted candidates are automatically entered into your JobAdder account and assigned to the open job. The recruiters are also tagged to the candidates they submit, so should you hire them, you’ll know which recruiter to thank. And pay.
