The challenge: Cumbersome, slow, and clunky existing CRM
Arthur Edward had used their previous CRM system for several years but were facing challenges, including:
- Reliability, as the system was cumbersome and would often crash in the middle of tasks.

Seamless integration with third-party systems
Heidi was keen to find a CRM that could seamlessly integrate with third party apps and add ons. The data available is also helping Heidi reduce any bottlenecks. Using the candidate and contact stats in the system, the Team can drill down into a consultant’s overall activity and easily identify where team members might need help.
