Integrations like HelloSign have sped things up for us and made it more engaging and easier for our candidates. It also helps save a few trees eliminating the need to have paper contracts.
Since the teams have been using the new CRM the feedback has been that it’s made managing the recruitment process more efficient, providing more time for them to spend on the part of the job they’re passionate about, with their candidates and clients.
I think JobAdder has paid for itself. Previously we found we’d get all these applications and they would be mixed up with our other emails and we’d miss things. Now everything is under a specific job, we know who to contact and can do a bulk email to the recruiting manager to take a look at the candidates.

I think the level of help at JobAdder is next-to-none compared to other software or other businesses that I’ve come across. When you launch a ticket and you put a level of urgency on it, if it is super urgent you will be called within a few minutes, if not a few seconds … it’s really world-class.
