Each night, an intelligent bot searches for job postings by companies you currently work with, or have worked with, in JobAdder. So even if you’re too busy or have lost contact with a previous client, Lead Generator will work away in the background, alerting you of any jobs they post. It’s brilliant because the rate at which JobAdder innovate and provide new releases is fantastic. It’s almost the reverse of a normal software company where the users are constantly saying “what about this? What about that?”
The mobile app is one thing our recruiters love because a lot of them can be working remotely. So they might go to a meeting and a candidate interview, then go back to another meeting and use the speech-to-text functionality.

Integrations like HelloSign have sped things up for us and made it more engaging and easier for our candidates. We’ve been able to eliminate a clunky step in the process for our candidates, especially because a lot of our candidates work in remote regional areas where printing and scanning facilities may not be available. It also helps save a few trees eliminating the need to have paper contracts.
So the best thing for us about JobAdder is the fact that it provides a central location where we can store information, we can share information, we can communicate via it, so whoever is working on a specific role or project at a certain time can always access all of the information they need, so there’s never a black spot in our communication or our productivity based on which team member is working at a specific time.
The support team are really really great, they are incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to help.
I’ve always found JobAdder really responsive, myself and the team use the ticket system and there’s always really good follow-up. We’ve never been left hanging, which is what you want in customer service.
