How does Lead Generator work?
Each night, an intelligent bot searches for job postings by companies you currently work with, or have worked with, in JobAdder. So even if you’re too busy or have lost contact with a previous client, Lead Generator will work away in the background, alerting you of any jobs they post. Existing JobAdder users can set up Lead Generator by following the steps in our support article here.

You can really see how far ahead in the process managers are – it gives me a bird’s eye view of the recruitment process and where we are falling down. I also really love that you can set up email templates, where I can bulk email [and] insert fields so it looks more personalised. It just allows me to do things quicker than if I was doing a manual process. It’s quite intuitive.

I think the integrations are really problem solving at scale. You can do so much more with less effort and less people. It’s really allowed us to raise the transparency for all parties in the hiring process.
The implementation process was very slick. We had a timeline that was all spelled out for us, we could access that exactly the same way that the team at JobAdder could access it. So it’s very clear we knew what was happening and when. If there was any changes or additions we were told about them and updated on them. Implementing JobAdder has allowed us to bring much better consistency and clarity to the way that we do things.
It’s a terrific app. Best I’ve ever used… The desktop is exceptional as well, I’ve been using more than four ATS systems in seven years and JobAdder is the best we’ve ever used.
We are really happy with the product itself, but in particular the ongoing improvements that keep happening with it.
We now have a really solid core ATS. It’s enabling our recruiters to spend more time with candidates and also lets us now focus on the applicant’s experience and, following into that, the employee experience. One major achievement would be our time to hire. That’s been smashed down to around 22-odd days so we’ve halved what the KPI was.
