The training was very good because we were all using the system and we were up to speed very quickly… even our new users, when they come onboard and we give them a bit of an overview and then they do the tutorials, it’s like, okay, that makes sense.
This is one of the most perfect platforms for those that are in recruitment, who really want to be able to give dedicated experiences to their clients.
Over the past 10 years, we’ve grown as a business and JobAdder has also grown quite significantly. The product offerings and tools which have been introduced and developed have really allowed us to scale as well. It’s opened up new possibilities and new ways of working for us.

I would say we’re 2-3 times quicker getting to market now then we have been previously, our ad posting is saving us a huge amount of time. We’re getting back 200 minutes a month. JobAdder provides efficiency around back-end administration, with good responsive support and is very progressive in regards to enhancements. I have no problems recommending JobAdder because overall, it’s a system that’s really hard to beat.
I think without the training you’d be able to fumble your way through the system because it’s pretty straightforward. But I’d be concerned about the follow-on effects, of not knowing what will happen if you do something [in the system] so it’s definitely been beneficial.
The mobile app is one thing our recruiters love because a lot of them can be working remotely. So they might go to a meeting and a candidate interview, then go back to another meeting and use the speech-to-text functionality.
It was about having an accessible solution that was not limited by geography. We needed candidates to be able to apply from anywhere and we needed to be able to deal with large volumes of applications.
