When you’ve got one source of truth, everything gets done through there. So from a time perspective, purely on admin alone, let alone usability, every single person has saved several hours a week by implementing JobAdder. It was a huge increase.
It’s definitely something that is easy to get into and it’s easy to manage people that haven’t had a lot of training as well. Our hiring managers love the Hiring Manager portal…they don’t need to recreate the wheel.
The ability for us to get through that size of a database so quickly, I think it’s fantastic. That’s been a really big help. I think JobAdder are very good at listening to ideas – if we partner with you, then when the product comes out the other end, it’s obviously going to be better aligned to what we need. I certainly think that JobAdder is the best we’ve seen on the market. We’re definitely going to be staying with it.
