Candidate Suitability

You can now set candidates to be preferred or excluded from companies via a new Suitability field on the Candidate record. Excluded candidates will not appear in results when searching the Database tab for a Job linked to a company they’ve been excluded from. Preferred candidates will rank higher in results when you’re looking to fill a role at that specific company.
