He is recognised for his leadership in AI and Data Science, having built a global AI product hub and implemented AI solutions for job marketplace and pricing optimisation, enabling him to consistently deliver significant commercial results.

Laura has been with JobAdder for six years, starting in support before bringing her frontline experience into product marketing.

Now, as Product Marketing Manager, Laura works closely with the product team to shape solutions that meet recruiters’ evolving needs. Having witnessed JobAdder’s transformation from a job posting tool to a full-fledged ATS and CRM, Laura is passionate about helping recruitment professionals get the most out of their tech stack.

Kitty is a Product Designer who values human connection and collaboration, putting people at the heart of every process. Whether it’s designing engaging experiences or leading a team, her focus lies in creating a meaningful environment where everyone can thrive.

Her background in design and 7+ years experience in digital and content marketing made her a compelling storyteller who transforms data and user insights into creative solutions and strategies that drive business success.

Amy brings over seven years of recruitment experience from the UK and, in her role as one of Lotus People’s Directors, now leads our Temporary Recruitment Division. 

Known for her consultative style and focus on long-term partnerships, Amy ensures our specialist team delivers exceptional service, from same-day starts to ongoing assignments, helping businesses remain agile and productive. Her commitment to building trusted relationships has contributed to Lotus People’s market-leading fill rates and reputation for service excellence.

Jason has 25 years experience in finding the top legal talent in Australia for law firms, not-for-profits, government and inhouse legal teams. He has been awarded Recruitment Leader of the Year and Business Leader of the Year. As the founder and CEO of Elias Recruitment, he is passionate about finding quality matches in the legal professional space. 

Jason’s specialisation is in partner search, senior lawyers and inhouse legal roles (up to General Counsel).

John Towey is a technology-driven industry leader shaping the future of recruitment collaboration and digital transformation across the staffing sector. With more than 14 years’ experience in professional association leadership, marketing, and workforce innovation, John has become a recognised voice in how technology can enhance connection, performance, and growth for agencies worldwide.

John began his career with the Recruitment, Consulting & Staffing Association (RCSA) in 2010 as Learning Centre Services Coordinator, where he played a foundational role in building RCSA’s learning ecosystem — from managing member engagement and events to designing and launching early iterations of the organisation’s Learning Management System and mentoring programs.Progressing through senior roles in digital marketing, communications, and business solutions, John now serves as Head of Growth for RCSA Australia & New Zealand. In this capacity, he leads strategies that connect member agencies with technology, insights, and partnerships that strengthen the region’s recruitment industry. His leadership extends globally through his tenure as Partnership Manager for the World Employment Confederation, where he fostered cross-border collaboration and shared innovation between national recruitment associations.In 2021, John founded Role Relay, an agency-to-agency collaboration platform built specifically for the recruitment industry.
