You can really see how far ahead in the process managers are – it gives me a bird’s eye view of the recruitment process and where we are falling down. I think the level of help at JobAdder is next-to-none compared to other software or other businesses that I’ve come across. When you launch a ticket and you put a level of urgency on it, if it is super urgent you will be called within a few minutes, if not a few seconds … it’s really world-class.
In comparison to our prior system, we now have the ability to build reports and to be able to report upon things that are relevant to our business again.
The integration work JobAdder carried out was simply excellent. They conveyed complex processes to us in language we could understand and completed the work with minimum fuss.
As our CEO said, ‘it’s a no-brainer.’ It was really quite obvious when we took a score-card approach that JobAdder was the way to go… For me, JobAdder is like the Apple of ATSs. Once someone uses Apple, they never go to Samsung.
It’s a terrific app. Best I’ve ever used… The desktop is exceptional as well, I’ve been using more than four ATS systems in seven years and JobAdder is the best we’ve ever used.
So the best thing for us about JobAdder is the fact that it provides a central location where we can store information, we can share information, we can communicate via it, so whoever is working on a specific role or project at a certain time can always access all of the information they need, so there’s never a black spot in our communication or our productivity based on which team member is working at a specific time.
