Integrations like HelloSign have sped things up for us and made it more engaging and easier for our candidates. We’ve been able to eliminate a clunky step in the process for our candidates, especially because a lot of our candidates work in remote regional areas where printing and scanning facilities may not be available. I think without the training you’d be able to fumble your way through the system because it’s pretty straightforward. But I’d be concerned about the follow-on effects, of not knowing what will happen if you do something [in the system] so it’s definitely been beneficial.
It has been valuable to have our metrics readily available to dive into and report on. It’s drastically reduced our time to collate reports and provide more in-depth analysis than we’ve previously been able to do.
What we do now with new partners is we try and actively push JobAdder every time. We’ve had [three other systems] and each one has had issues. Whereas with JobAdder, we’ve never had anybody complain about it. That’s music to our ears.
I think that the reason that we were really impressed was that it was just a very simple look and feel and was aesthetically pleasing. We could tell right away that it was powerful, but just the aesthetic was clean and again simple. You guys weren’t overthinking everything. We’ve really been pleased. It’s been, overall, just a really great product for us, a great system and we are glad that’s the way we went many moons ago.
Being able to store all of our candidates in a systematic way has been the biggest benefit for us… Overall just the general functions it enables you to do are great – from reporting to using the search functions, to accessing people quickly – it’s all available at the click of a finger. [JobAdder] is a one-stop shop. I find it’s opened up communication with the hiring managers.
Of all the companies we deal with we find your support team to be by far the best. Not only do they resolve every issue quickly and efficiently but they are knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with all at the same time.
